Logistics Officer

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Logistics Officer to manage our off‑site warehouse network supporting the Kwinana lithium processing plant. The role ensures safe, efficient storage and movement of materials, coordinating with multiple internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide facility management and coordination for all off‑site warehouses (e.g., Butcher Street, Mounsey Drive, Lodge Drive).
• Liaise with finance, contracts, landlords and contractors to maintain warehouse standards.
• Coordinate safe disposal of TAS and Gyplime to customers or landfill sites.
• Plan and communicate monthly shed surveys for Spodumene, TAS and Gyplime, reporting results to process, finance and logistics teams.
• Offer logistical and freight support to internal and external customers, ensuring timely solutions.
• Interface with stakeholders to guarantee seamless loading and delivery of materials.
• Contribute to logistics procedures in collaboration with the wider warehouse and logistics team.

Required profile

• Experience working in brownfield operations or similar industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of warehouse and off‑site storage management.
• Ability to work collaboratively across finance, procurement, operations, engineering and safety teams.
• Commitment to health and safety standards and continuous improvement.
