Logistics Executive

About the role

The Logistics Executive will support a growing Australian ready‑to‑wear fashion brand with a global footprint. Reporting to the Global Operations Manager, you will manage international freight, inventory movements and logistics administration across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international freight movements across several regions.
• Monitor inbound shipments and track inventory from production to warehouse receipt.
• Investigate and resolve freight, duty and logistics discrepancies.
• Review freight costs, identify savings opportunities and suggest process improvements.
• Liaise with offshore logistics partners, warehouses and internal stakeholders.
• Reconcile freight invoices and logistics costs with the finance team.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting.
• Support warehouse operations and stock movements as needed.
• Assist in implementing more efficient logistics and operational processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, supply chain or operations.
• Hands‑on experience managing international freight and shipping processes.
• Understanding of import duties, freight documentation and invoice reconciliation.
• Strong analytical ability to investigate discrepancies and propose solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a curious, proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• Experience with freight documentation.
• Knowledge of import duties.
• Invoice reconciliation skills.
