Logistics Coordinator

About the role

ALS Geochemistry is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join its Logistics team in Kalgoorlie. The full‑time role works Monday to Friday, 7 am‑3 pm, and involves handling sample transport, managing a storage facility and supporting the operational site.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the company HR truck to transport samples between the operational site and off‑site storage.
• Manage the storage facility, including receiving, storing and disposing of samples in line with client agreements.
• Update sample locations in the GMS system to maintain accurate records.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload the company truck, move bulk materials and place pallets in racking systems.

Required profile

• Current HR Licence.
• Previous warehouse experience (highly regarded).
• Ability to work in a high‑throughput, client‑focused environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to cross‑train and adapt to workflow fluctuations and team absences.

Required skills
