About the role
The Logistics Coordinator ensures that stock moves accurately and on time, supporting SiteHive’s delivery of environmental monitoring devices to construction sites across Australia and New Zealand. You will own stock management, order fulfilment, carrier coordination, returns handling, and quality control, working closely with the wider team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day stock movements, receive and put away incoming goods, verify quantities and condition, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stocktakes, cycle counts and investigate any discrepancies.
- Process incoming purchase orders, confirm line items, monitor outstanding POs and follow up with suppliers or freight partners.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders, generate shipping labels and ensure correct labelling and packaging.
- Book courier and carrier pickups, monitor outbound shipments and proactively resolve delayed or failed deliveries.
- Apply quality checks at inbound and outbound stages, escalating issues as needed.
- Receive, unpack and process customer returns, preparing devices for troubleshooting or refurbishment.
