Logistic Booking Officer – PDI Centre

About the role

The Logistic Booking Officer ensures smooth scheduling and coordination of vehicle deliveries at the Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) Centre. You will act as the central point for booking vehicles from port arrival through inspection to distribution to dealerships, supporting Harmony Auto’s electric‑vehicle operations in Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and confirm booking schedules for vehicle deliveries to and from the PDI Centre.
• Collaborate with transport providers, dealerships, and internal teams to align delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including delivery notes, compliance records, and damage reports.
• Track vehicle movements and update booking systems to provide real‑time visibility.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively manage urgent changes or delays.
• Provide regular reports on booking status, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or automotive operations (preferred).
• Familiarity with vehicle delivery processes and compliance requirements.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience with logistics management systems.
