Locum Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist - Adelaide

About the role

An experienced Occupational Therapist is sought for a 6-week locum contract in Adelaide, starting as soon as possible. The role sits within a multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation service and involves a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, at up to $80 per hour plus superannuation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied adult caseload in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation service
• Deliver neurological rehabilitation
• Run reconditioning programs
• Provide amputee rehabilitation
• Carry out functional assessments and goal-based therapy
• Support community reintegration and discharge planning

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous rehabilitation experience, minimum 3 years
• Australian working rights; working holiday visa holders are welcome
• Availability from late June

Required skills

• Experience with neurological and reconditioning caseloads is highly regarded
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
