Locum Pharmacist

About the role

Troocoo Healthcare is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a locum opportunity at a well‑established private healthcare facility in Bundaberg. The role runs from Monday 23 November to Friday 11 December 2026, supporting the pharmacy team during this period.

Key responsibilities

• Accurate dispensing and supply of medications
• Providing medication counselling and advice
• Supporting day‑to‑day pharmacy operations
• Collaborating with pharmacists and dispensary staff
• Maintaining high standards of clinical practice and patient care
• Using pharmacy and dispensary software

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
• Minimum 12 months post‑internship experience
• Previous pharmacy experience (hospital experience highly regarded)
• Strong clinical knowledge
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills
• Good computer literacy
• Professional, positive, patient‑focused approach
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
