Level 1-2 Helpdesk & Desktop Support (Hybrid, Perth)

About the role

Insight is looking for a Level 1‑2 Helpdesk and Desktop Support professional to join its Modern Workplace & Security practice in Perth. You will be the first point of contact for approximately 100 onsite users, delivering day‑to‑day technical assistance and ensuring a smooth IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1‑2 endpoint and desktop support in a Microsoft‑centric environment.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across Windows devices and Microsoft 365 services, managing tickets and escalating when needed.
• Support endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, including device enrolment, policy troubleshooting, and application deployment.
• Perform identity and access tasks in Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Contribute to project work such as device refreshes, migrations, and security uplift activities.
• Document solutions and create knowledge articles for ongoing support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a desktop or service‑desk support role within a Microsoft‑centric environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows desktop support and Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams).
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Exposure to Microsoft Intune and basic understanding of endpoint security concepts.
