About the role
The Institute seeks a Lecturer to develop and deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET) programs focused on primary industries and conservation. The role operates within a culturally responsive tertiary environment, supporting Indigenous learners and industry partners.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and continuously improve VET curricula in primary industries and ecosystem management.
- Deliver high‑quality teaching and assessment for on‑site students.
- Collaborate with industry stakeholders to ensure program relevance and alignment with workforce needs.
- Integrate cultural responsiveness and Indigenous perspectives into all learning activities.
- Contribute to academic governance, quality assurance and research activities as required.
Required profile
- Academic Level B qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in primary industries, conservation or ecosystem management.
- Proven ability to teach and assess VET students in a tertiary setting.
- Commitment to culturally responsive education and Indigenous engagement.

What we offer
- Remuneration package ranging from $124,348 to $147,323 per annum (salary component $107,284 – $127,399).
