Lecturer – Marketing (Full‑time)

About the role

The University of Western Australia Business School seeks a full‑time Lecturer in Marketing to join a top‑ranked, internationally accredited faculty. You will contribute to high‑impact teaching and research while collaborating with globally recognised academic peers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate marketing courses, including online delivery and unit coordination.
• Design and innovate curriculum, assessments and learning activities to enhance student experience.
• Supervise Honours, Masters and PhD candidates, fostering the next generation of researchers.
• Conduct high‑quality research, publish in leading peer‑reviewed journals and raise the school’s research profile.
• Build and maintain national and international research collaborations.
• Participate in academic leadership, governance and collegial activities within the school and university.
• Engage with industry, government and professional bodies to extend research and educational impact.

Required profile

• PhD in Marketing or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in innovative university teaching, curriculum design and student‑centred learning.
• Developing or established research track record with publications in high‑quality journals.
• Experience supervising higher degree research students or strong potential to do so.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusive education.
