About the role
We are looking for a proactive Lease Administrator to join our Expansion team in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for landlord and internal lease queries, ensuring smooth rent processes and accurate lease data.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for landlord and internal lease administration queries.
- Support rent processes, including turnover rent, invoicing, and sales data collection.
- Maintain and update lease information in systems, handling setups, amendments, and accuracy checks.
- Assist in resolving lease, invoice, and data discrepancies.
- Support contract execution, document tracking, and standard document control.
- Provide lease information to accounting for timely payments.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Facilities, Construction and other internal teams to improve processes.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field (or currently studying).
- Experience in property, leasing, real estate or office administration with a strong accounting foundation.
- Experience supporting contract management or document handling.
- Strong attention to detail and organized working style.
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic financial or lease‑related data.
- Clear communication and collaborative mindset.
- Proactive, reliable and able to meet deadlines.
