About the role
The Learning Systems & Capability Manager will lead the design, optimisation and scaling of learning frameworks across a growing national network. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will partner with operational teams to transform training into a strategic capability system that drives readiness, performance and employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable learning architectures, competency models and capability pathways.
- Lead the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, overseeing governance, reporting, compliance tracking and user adoption.
- Develop assessment frameworks and role‑readiness models to provide visibility of skills and progression.
- Translate operational requirements into structured learning solutions that ensure consistency and service excellence.
- Analyse learning and workforce data to inform decisions, measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead capability teams, influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across corporate and operational functions.
Required profile
- Commercially minded, systems‑oriented leader with a proven track record in building scalable learning frameworks for multi‑site organisations.
- Comfortable designing capability frameworks and driving their implementation and adoption.
- Thrives in fast‑paced environments, brings structure to complexity and is passionate about improving performance and employee experience.
