About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our People team at TheirCare. In this fast‑paced, high‑volume environment you will partner with operational leaders to deliver strategic recruitment solutions and help shape our hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑volume frontline and corporate vacancies.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide workforce planning and recruitment advice.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill and critical roles.
• Build talent pipelines and improve candidate attraction across multiple regions.
• Ensure recruitment practices meet Child Safe Standards and legislative compliance requirements.
• Support and coach Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
• Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and contribute to recruitment projects focused on process improvement and workforce sustainability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Ready to step into a leadership‑focused role.
• Positive energy and ability to build genuine partnerships with hiring managers.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset and willingness to think outside the box.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Commitment to high standards of quality, compliance and child safety.
