Learning Support Coordinator

About the role

The Learning Support Coordinator (LSC) is a member of the College Leadership Team, responsible for leading the Learning Support Team and overseeing the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) processes. This full‑time position starts in Term 1 2027 and supports diverse learners across the school.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Learning Support Team, fostering reflective practice and professional growth.
• Manage all aspects of the NCCD, including data collection, staff allocations, and resource utilisation.
• Develop and oversee Individual Plans (IPs) and ensure appropriate adjustments for each student.
• Implement Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI) and explicit instruction strategies.

Required profile

• High‑level organisational skills to meet NCCD deadlines and manage complex administrative workflows.
• Proven ability to lead and supervise teams, building collaborative relationships with staff, parents and external specialists.
• Experience analysing student data to design, implement and evaluate targeted intervention programs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NCCD processes and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with MTSS and RTI frameworks.
