Learning Lead - Donor Experience

About the role

Lead a regional learning team to build clinical capability, confidence and readiness of the Donor Experience workforce at Lifeblood. You will shape learning delivery, develop people and drive capability outcomes across donor centres and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead a regional clinical capability strategy aligned with workforce needs and operational priorities.
• Design and deliver learning, coaching and competency development programmes from onboarding to clinical competency.
• Partner with operational leaders to identify capability gaps and create practical solutions.
• Provide people leadership during change, ensuring clarity, support and accountability.
• Use learning data and operational insights to continuously improve capability building.

Required profile

• Experienced people leader with ability to build trusted relationships and foster high performance.
• Proven track record leading learning teams, including coaching, performance management and team development.
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams across multiple locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Understanding of workplace learning and adult learning principles.
• Experience developing capability strategies that respond to operational and workforce needs.
