About the role

ACCIONA is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join its Learning & Development Graduate Program for 2027. This full‑time role offers a structured pathway to develop expertise in sustainable infrastructure projects while supporting employee growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in three rotational assignments across ACCIONA’s construction, renewable energy, and water projects.
• Assist in designing and delivering learning initiatives that enhance workforce capabilities.
• Collaborate with a global cohort of 200+ graduates and receive training from Comillas Pontifical University.
• Support regional and interstate project teams, adapting to varied work environments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Full working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
• Graduated within the last three years (2024‑2026).
• Willingness to travel and work on construction sites locally, regionally, and interstate.
