Learning Coordinator – Delivery Services

About the role

The Australia Delivery Services Learning team is looking for a Learning Coordinator to join its Amazon Logistics team. The role deploys and executes Learning and Training Delivery Services plans to support Delivery Station execution, aligned with the Learning and Development strategy. It focuses on developing materials and running training sessions with current and new associates to improve operational metrics by standardising process execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, assess, track and facilitate training programmes for new and current entry-level employees.
• Work with stakeholders and team members to prepare and coordinate training events according to site and regional needs.
• Build trust with peers across the AU AMZL team and collaborate on regional learning projects.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for onboarding, coordinating all training needs.
• Facilitate certified job and compliance training, including ongoing audits, badge creation, data entry and retraining.
• Travel intermittently among local Delivery Services sites to cover the region.
• Maintain, prepare and distribute data on key metrics for the delivery station or region.
• Monitor adherence to standard work and quality, and coach associates accordingly.
• Ensure learning areas are ready and organised to support Delivery Station training, and escalate barriers to the Learning Manager.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• At least 1 year of experience in training delivery, facilitation or learning and development in a warehouse, logistics or operations environment.
• Experience coordinating training events across multiple stakeholders and sites, including scheduling, preparation and logistics.
• Strong organisational skills and experience preparing and maintaining learning environment areas.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in logistics.
• Experience with data analysis.
