Leading Hand Scaffolders - FIFO

About the role

Breight Group's Access team is looking for experienced Leading Hand Scaffolders to lead crews on regular maintenance and shutdown work across major WA mining operations, including Rio Tinto, Fortescue, Newmont and Roy Hill. You will work closely with Supervisors, stay on the tools when needed and help deliver work safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to the crew and coordinate daily activities
• Allocate work and support the team
• Ensure the job is delivered safely and efficiently
• Stay on the tools when required

Required profile

• Current Advanced Scaffolding (SA) High Risk Work Licence
• Strong leadership skills and ability to coordinate and support a crew
• Strong focus on safety, quality and getting the job done
• Working at Heights and Confined Space completed within the last 2 years
• Valid Australian working rights
• Current driver's licence
• Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
