Lead Support Analyst – FIX Connectivity

About the role

The Lead Support Analyst will join the Global FIX Connectivity team, providing day‑to‑day support for high‑touch and low‑touch trading desks and handling FIX onboarding, testing and certification for clients, vendors, brokers and exchanges.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily trading desk support for cash equities, swaps, futures and options across multiple regions.
• Conduct FIX testing, certification and onboarding for clients, vendors, brokers and dark/lit pools.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to establish and maintain FIX network connections with external parties.
• Work closely with regional FIX teams in Hong Kong, Pune, New York, Japan, London and Sydney.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 10‑15 years of overall experience, with at least 8 years focused on FIX technology and client onboarding.
• Proven experience with FIX engines such as Cameron FIX or Appia.
• Strong knowledge of cash equity, swap, futures and options markets, especially in DMA/DSA environments.
• Experience in broker/dealer settings and familiarity with Asian exchange rules.

Required skills

• FIX protocol (versions 4.0‑4.4) and FIX engines (Cameron, Appia).
• FIX testing tools (VeriFIX) and monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Logstash, Elasticsearch, ITRS).
• Incident and change management tools (ServiceNow).
• Order Management Systems (Fidessa, Flextrade) and front‑end platforms (Bloomberg, ITG).
• Unix/Linux, shell scripting, Oracle (user level).
