About the role
As a Lead Prospector within the Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying high‑quality, policy‑compliant leads for the New Business Sales team. You will research potential customers using social media, news sources and other external channels.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect high‑quality leads for the New Business Sales team.
- Monitor industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting.
- Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales teams for planning.
- Evaluate prospective client potential in line with sales expectations.
- Deliver a set of ready‑to‑call leads each week to the New Business Associate team.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with New Business Sales and Associate teams to calibrate lead quality.
Required profile
- Graduate.
