Lead Generation Specialist (Field-Based)

About the role

Whistle Clean Australia provides commercial cleaning services for executives, directors and managers across Melbourne. It is looking for a part-time, field-based Lead Generation Specialist to generate high-quality leads within targeted service areas, visiting 50+ doors, dropping gifts and collecting data. The role is 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, ideally spread over 1-2 days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Research areas and plan efficient daily routes
• Visit 50+ doors in person, drop gifts and collect data
• Track results, review lead quality and share learnings
• Align leads with team goals and capacity

Required profile

• At least 1 year of door-to-door or cold calling experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence working independently and meeting activity targets
• Background in fast-paced, target-driven environments
• Own car and a valid driver's licence
• Willingness to travel across Melbourne's inner suburbs
• Availability during the day, Tuesday to Thursday ideally

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
