Lead Educator - Early Childhood Centre

About the role

Kool Beanz, a family-owned company with years of experience in the childcare sector, is seeking highly motivated Lead Educators for a number of its Queensland and New South Wales centres. The role supports children and families in the local community and offers existing team members the chance to advance their careers and step into senior positions.

Key responsibilities

• Help support the team, implement programs and follow the EYLF while sharing the excitement of child-led discovery
• Build lasting connections and partnerships with the local community, schools and families
• Support the centres in meeting and exceeding the National Quality Standards

Required profile

• Diploma qualified in early childhood education and care, or working towards it
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates
• Current paid Working with Children Check in New South Wales
• Understanding of the EYLF
• Ability to build positive relationships with team members, children and families
• Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude
