Lead Educator (Casual)

About the role

Community Kids Melton Early Education Centre, part of G8 Education, is offering a casual Educator position for an experienced Certificate III or Diploma qualified educator. The centre is a team of qualified Early Childhood professionals that supports candidates to develop their career and feel valued for their hard work. It offers indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms with age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and runs from 6:30am to 6:30pm, serving up to 100 children at capacity.

Required profile

• Minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services
• Proven sector experience working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood service
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid certificate

Required skills

• Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
