Lead Early Childhood Educator (Diploma Qualified)

Key responsibilities

• Support the team, implement programs and follow the EYLF while sharing the excitement of child-led discovery
• Build lasting connections and partnerships with the local community, schools and families
• Help the centre meet or exceed the National Quality Standards

Required profile

• Diploma qualification in early childhood education and care
• Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis certificates
• Current paid Working with Children Check in New South Wales
• Understanding of the EYLF
• Ability to build positive relationships with team members, children and families
• Organised, able to prioritise tasks and workload, with innovative thinking and an enthusiastic, positive attitude
