Laundry Staff (Casual)

About the role

Glendenning Laundry Services, part of Anglicare Sydney, is looking for reliable, hardworking and passionate Laundry Staff (casual) to join its team. You will deliver high-quality laundry services with attention to detail, in a safe, supportive and team-focused environment, supporting the comfort and wellbeing of residents in a retirement living community.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all laundry duties safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard
• Work cooperatively with team members and assist others when your own tasks are done
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
• Follow all safe work practices and contribute to the organisation's safety culture

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to work in a production, manufacturing, laundry or similar operational environment
• Commitment to workplace health and safety practices
• Dependable, hardworking and takes pride in doing the job well
• Preferred: Certificate II in Laundry Operations
• Preferred: customer-focused approach, ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure
