Landscape Supervisor

About the role

JMac Constructions is seeking an experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead on‑site landscape construction activities. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will drive productivity, safety and quality across diverse commercial and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape construction works on site, ensuring delivery to programme and specification requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams while monitoring progress and productivity.
• Champion a strong safety culture and Zero Harm approach, and ensure quality, environmental and compliance standards are met.
• Motivate and develop teams to achieve exceptional project outcomes.

Required profile

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction.
• Extensive landscaping or civil landscaping experience.
• Proven supervisory or site leadership experience.
• Strong communication and people leadership skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and environmental excellence.
