Lagree Fitness Instructor

About the role

CoreBrew Lagree is seeking a casual Lagree Instructor to lead high‑intensity, low‑impact classes on the MegaFormer machine. You will create safe, engaging, and challenging workouts for members of all fitness levels in a community‑focused studio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the studio and MegaFormer equipment before each class.
• Deliver clear cues, modifications, and corrections throughout sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.
• Plan and execute class programming that aligns with the Lagree methodology.
• Build positive relationships with clients and contribute to a friendly studio vibe.
• Collaborate with the team on class schedules, studio events, and community activities.
• Promote membership options and studio offerings as needed.

Required profile

• Strong group‑fitness instruction abilities, including confident class leadership and safe cueing.
• Solid understanding of exercise‑science fundamentals such as alignment, core engagement, and injury‑prevention.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to motivate and include all participants.
• Reliable time‑management, punctuality, and attention to studio cleanliness.
• Certification in group fitness, Pilates, Lagree, or a related discipline (or willingness to obtain Lagree‑specific training).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends according to the class schedule.
