About the role

Join Ayers Rock Resort as a Kitchen Steward Shift Leader and live onsite in Yulara, NT, near the iconic Uluru. You will oversee kitchen stewarding operations, ensure high guest satisfaction, and support the Steward Team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Supervise Kitchen Stewards when the Chief Steward is absent.
Ensure standard operating procedures are followed by the stewarding team.
Assist the Stewarding Team with daily operational requirements.

Required profile

Positive and eager attitude.
Enjoys working in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
Willingness to lead and support a team of stewards.
