Kitchen Hand – Part‑time (Mon‑Fri)

About the role

Sodexo is looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand to join its corporate hospitality team in Sydney. This part‑time position works Monday to Friday and supports daily kitchen operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for food preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back‑of‑house areas.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks.
• Support stock movement and proper storage.
• Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Provide assistance to chefs and other kitchen staff as required.

Required profile

• Previous kitchen hand experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable and able to work as part of a team.
• Full unrestricted working rights within Australia.

Required skills

• Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures.
