About the role

Kickin’Inn is seeking passionate Restaurant Leaders to drive growth across NSW, SA, WA, QLD and VIC. You will lead a restaurant, elevate guest experiences and develop future leaders as part of a purpose‑driven tribe.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire and build high‑performing teams that deliver exceptional service.
• Coach, mentor and develop Tribe members for career progression.
• Deliver extraordinary guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
• Own sales, labour, costs, inventory, profitability and operational excellence.
• Champion food quality, safety, hygiene and compliance.
• Foster a culture of trust, respect, accountability and continuous learning.

Required profile

• 3–5 years full‑time equivalent experience in restaurant management or leadership.
• Passion for hospitality, people development and guest experience.
• Strong commercial, financial and operational management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Commitment to food safety, workplace health and safety standards.
• Resilience, adaptability and a willingness to learn and embrace change.

• Base salary $71,000–$80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
