Key Account Parts Manager

About the role

The Key Account Parts Manager drives profitable parts growth and genuine parts penetration across national fleet and major retail customers. Reporting to the Director of Parts Commercial & Network Performance, the role provides specialist commercial leadership for Volvo, Mack and UD parts solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a parts growth plan for assigned key accounts using fleet data, spend patterns and market insights.
• Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, prioritising actions that improve customer retention and loyalty.
• Lead commercial discussions with customers, addressing pricing, penetration, supply support and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with national fleet services, dealers and internal teams to align parts actions with broader service solutions.
• Drive dealer execution of national parts agreements, volume‑based incentives and commercial programmes.
• Monitor and report on revenue growth, penetration, margin quality, rebate control and pipeline conversion, providing insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience in parts sales or key account management within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and margin growth.
• Ability to analyse fleet and market data to identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing dealers and internal teams.
