Key Account Manager – Liquor

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead the growth of a premium spirits portfolio across the Queensland independent liquor channel. The role will work closely with national and international teams to expand distribution, increase visibility and drive sales of high‑end brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with banner groups, independent retailers and wholesale partners in Queensland.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand market share.
• Execute brand activations and promotional events in‑store and at trade shows.
• Support range reviews and provide market feedback to the brand team.
• Monitor sales performance, forecast demand and report on key metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the liquor or spirits industry, preferably in sales or key account management.
• Strong knowledge of the Queensland independent liquor landscape and existing relationships with key accounts.
• Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for premium brands and the liquor sector.
