Key Account Manager

About the role

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit is seeking a full‑time permanent Key Account Manager to join the team in Kewdale, WA. You will act as the primary link between Linfox and its major customers, ensuring service delivery meets contractual, safety and commercial expectations while driving retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer performance management, including KPIs, reviews, reporting and commercial outcomes.
• Manage customer relationships to drive retention, satisfaction and service performance.
• Deliver growth strategies for existing accounts through tendering, pricing and customer presentations.
• Conduct financial analysis to optimise revenue, profitability and cost‑to‑serve.
• Review and establish customer contracts and transport agreements in line with requirements.
• Support operational teams to meet customer KPIs and resolve service‑related issues.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a customer engagement or account management role within transport, logistics or supply chain.
• Proven ability to manage medium and large customer accounts and deliver retention and growth outcomes.
• Strong commercial acumen with understanding of revenue models, cost‑to‑serve and P&L.
• Experience developing, implementing and managing contracts or service agreements.
• Ability to analyse data and deliver customer reports, presentations and insights.
