Junior to Midweight Graphic Designer (3-5 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior to Midweight Graphic Designer to join the in‑house marketing team of Henley Properties Group. You will work across three nationally recognised residential building brands, creating print and digital assets that appear in display homes, online campaigns and sales collateral across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Design brochures, catalogues, flyers and other print collateral.
• Create digital assets such as eDMs, web banners and website content.
• Support multi‑state campaigns for three brands, managing multiple briefs and tight deadlines.
• Update and refine existing assets to ensure brand consistency.
• Contribute ideas while adhering to established brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a graphic design role.
• Experience working in‑house or within structured brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience in property, construction or retail is a plus but not essential.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
