Junior Store Assistant (Casual)

About the role

Join ALDI’s award‑winning retail team as a casual Junior Store Assistant and start your career in a fast‑paced supermarket environment. You’ll work on‑site, supporting customers and keeping the store running smoothly while receiving comprehensive training.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products on the shop floor with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain clean, organised aisles and ensure shelves are well‑stocked.
• Perform back‑of‑store duties such as unloading, unpacking and replenishing stock.
• Support the team in daily store operations to deliver a great shopping experience.

Required profile

• Availability to work weekends, after‑school hours (4 pm‑9 pm) and during school holidays.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment.
