Junior Project Planner & Scheduler

About the role

TBH is seeking a Junior Project Planner & Scheduler to join its Sydney team. This full‑time position offers the chance to work on high‑profile engineering and construction projects across sectors such as energy, water, defence, and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of project plans under the guidance of senior team members.
• Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules, including cost and resource loading.
• Analyse project data, prepare reports, and present insights to aid decision‑making.
• Assist with integrated schedules, progress updates, and validation of third‑party programmes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to produce client deliverables, including reports and presentations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a keen interest in project planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Effective communication skills for reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Understanding of project scheduling concepts.
• Basic proficiency with scheduling tools or software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) if mentioned in CV.
• Ability to prepare clear written reports and presentations.
