About the role
This part‑time remote position is for a Junior Mobile App Developer at an entry‑level (associate) tier. You will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve performance and user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable code for mobile applications.
- Integrate third‑party APIs and services.
- Manage and query databases used by the apps.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers to enhance app performance and UX.
- Follow best practices and coding standards for mobile development.
Required profile
- Proficiency in software development and programming.
- Familiarity with working with databases.
- Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
- Ability to implement and manage third‑party integrations.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Interest or experience in non‑profit or community‑focused projects is a plus.
