Junior Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Kepple, a Melbourne‑based education‑technology startup, is looking for a high‑energy Junior Marketing Coordinator to join its Richmond office. This casual, office‑based position offers up to 24 hours per week at $35 per hour plus superannuation, ideal for students studying marketing or communications who want hands‑on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Design branded graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
• Write and edit copy for social media posts, blogs and digital communications.
• Support email, push‑notification and in‑app communication campaigns.
• Assist with online advertising activities on Google and Meta platforms.
• Help coordinate conferences, promotional campaigns, rewards and other brand experiences.
• Review campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate across the business to adapt to changing marketing priorities.

Required profile

• Currently studying marketing, communications or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Motivated, proactive and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Flexible to work onsite in Richmond while balancing university commitments.
