About the role
CORTO is a fast‑growing legal‑tech software company based in Sydney. As the first point of contact for internal IT queries, you will help keep the team productive by delivering prompt, reliable support and managing our modern Microsoft 365, Entra and Intune environment.
Key responsibilities
- Triaging and resolving Level 1 support tickets in Jira Service Management.
- Managing the full device lifecycle – provisioning, assignment, wiping, re‑assignment and responsible disposal of laptops and peripherals.
- Maintaining accurate IT asset and expense records, including invoices, warranties and licence allocations.
- Supporting onboarding and off‑boarding processes to ensure new starters are productive from Day 1 and departing staff return equipment.
- Assisting with user provisioning in Microsoft 365, Teams and core business systems under guidance.
- Improving internal documentation, checklists and knowledge‑base articles as recurring issues arise.
- Escalating complex issues to senior IT staff with clear technical notes.
Required profile
- 6‑18 months experience in IT support, help‑desk, desktop support or technical asset management, or equivalent study/certifications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
