Junior Graphic Designer – Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Kew. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate across the Marketing department with a primary focus on the Bonds brand, contributing to a variety of digital and print projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging, on‑brand creative for digital, social, retail and wholesale channels, including EDMs, social content, web assets and campaign materials.
• Support packaging development by updating templates and preparing final artwork to specification.
• Design print and in‑store assets such as POS, retail campaigns and store windows.
• Assist with campaign rollouts across digital and print touchpoints, ensuring delivery on brief, on brand and on time.
• Research, concept and develop creative solutions that align with marketing objectives and consumer needs.

Required profile

• Qualified in Graphic Design with up to 1 year of industry experience.
• Strong foundation in both print and digital design.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, energetic and self‑motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys sharing ideas across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
• Experience using Figma.
