Junior Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. You will turn raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions and help improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns and key performance indicators.
• Create reports, dashboards and performance summaries for stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and quality control.
• Support business teams with data‑driven decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs.

Required profile

• Passion for data, analytics and problem solving.
• Strong logical thinking and numerical ability.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn new analytics tools and techniques.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of charts, KPIs and reporting basics.
• Familiarity with SQL (a plus).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Python knowledge is an advantage.
