Junior Content Specialist – Social Media & Creative Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Content Specialist who lives and breathes social media and wants to launch a career in performance‑driven creative marketing. You will join our remote creative team, collaborating with strategists, editors, creators, and clients to produce high‑performing ad creative for Australia’s fastest‑growing ecommerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Source, coordinate, and manage UGC creators that align with brand guidelines.
• Review creator submissions, provide feedback against briefs, and ensure timely delivery.
• Support creative strategy development and maintain smooth communication with clients.
• Analyse top‑performing ad creative to understand drivers of results.
• Edit short‑form video ads for Meta and TikTok, focusing on platform‑native formats.
• Produce a mix of assets including UGC ads, static images, GIFs, and motion graphics using existing footage.

Required profile

• Passion for social media, ecommerce, and digital marketing.
• Basic experience creating content for social platforms (personal or professional).
• Strong written communication, organisational skills, and ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Curious, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn why creative performs.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to take ownership.
