Junior Consultant – Technical Delivery (FASTER Program)

About the role

Red Hat is looking for a Junior Consultant to join its customer delivery team. You will support on‑site implementation and adoption of Red Hat technologies, working on real projects across multiple industries while participating in the 12‑month FASTER onboarding program.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior consultants in on‑site delivery, implementation, and adoption of Red Hat solutions.
• Participate in customer projects, shadowing experienced team members and contributing to solution design.
• Complete technical training and obtain certifications in Red Hat’s cloud, automation and AI portfolio.
• Support sales teams by demonstrating the business value of Red Hat platforms.
• Develop a strong network of peers, mentors and managers throughout the cohort.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong interest in open‑source technologies.
• Willingness to learn quickly and engage directly with customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
