About the role
As a Job Coach you will empower clients to build confidence, develop job‑readiness skills and take steps toward meaningful employment, working within a values‑driven team.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
- Work with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
- Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Experience in customer service or a client‑facing role.
- A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
- The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal‑driven environment.
- A current driver’s licence.
