Jira Administrator – Perth

About the role
Join Tata Consultancy Services in Perth as a Jira Administrator, supporting enterprise‑scale Atlassian environments and driving sustainable technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Jira workflows, custom screens, fields, permission and notification schemes.
- Set up and manage role‑based access control (RBAC) and automation across Atlassian products.
- Ensure data quality, create advanced dashboards and reports using JQL.
- Integrate Jira with third‑party tools, with a focus on Exalate monitoring and administration.
- Provide analytical troubleshooting and support to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required profile
- 8+ years of experience as a Jira Administrator in a complex enterprise setting.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
Required skills
- Jira administration (workflows, screens, fields, permissions, notifications).
- Role‑based access control (RBAC) configuration.
- JQL for reporting and dashboard creation.
- Exalate integration, monitoring and administration.
- Integration of Jira with third‑party tools.
