IT Technician – Onsite Support for Home Users & Small Businesses

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide onsite support to home users and small businesses across Sydney. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and Apple devices while working independently on a commission‑based model.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and Apple devices.
• Perform hardware repairs, setups, and component replacements, including screen replacements.
• Conduct mobile device repairs when required.
• Travel to client locations throughout Sydney, ensuring punctual and professional service.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Required profile

• Own ABN and a valid NSW driver’s licence with a car.
• Proven experience providing IT support to home users and small businesses.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.

Required skills

• Hardware repair and setup for desktops, laptops, and Apple devices.
• Screen replacement expertise.
• Mobile device repair experience.
