IT Technician – Flexible Commission-Based Role

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to provide onsite support for home users and small businesses across Perth. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops and Apple devices while working independently on a commission‑based model.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems for a range of devices.
• Perform hardware repairs, setups and configurations for desktops, laptops and Apple equipment.
• Carry out screen replacements and mobile device repairs as required.
• Travel to client locations throughout Perth, ensuring punctual and professional service.

Required profile

• Own ABN, valid driver’s licence and a reliable car.
• Proven experience supporting home users and small businesses.
• Strong work ethic with emphasis on punctuality and professionalism.

Required skills

• Hardware repairs and troubleshooting.
• Desktop, laptop and Apple device setup.
• Screen replacement expertise.
• Mobile device repair experience.
