IT Systems Administrator (WA)

About the role

Satterley is seeking a proactive IT Systems Administrator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to act as the internal technical champion for its national land development and property operations. Based in West Perth, you will provide Australia‑wide support while overseeing the company’s existing technology infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee servers, networking hardware and cloud systems (Azure) to maintain uptime, performance and security.
• Manage business continuity planning, cyber‑security compliance and data‑management standards.
• Serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and Microsoft Teams Phone, including user lifecycle and automation.
• Coordinate with the outsourced Managed Service Provider and other third‑party vendors as the main technical liaison.
• Support business transformation projects, improve IT processes and introduce automation/AI where appropriate.

Required profile

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar IT administration role.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT/Computer Science or equivalent certifications (e.g., Microsoft).
• Strong project management, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (≤3 months old).
