IT Support Specialist – Onsite (Berri, Australia)

About the role

Vinarchy is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands‑on technical assistance to users across Australia and internationally. Based at the Berri site, you will work on a mix of day‑to‑day support, troubleshooting and project work, with clear pathways to progress into systems administration or infrastructure roles.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software and business applications.
• Set up, image, configure and troubleshoot laptops and desktops.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
• Support user onboarding, access provisioning and device lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft environments including M365, Intune, Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement of support processes.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT support, service desk or desktop support.
• Strong ability to resolve technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Proactive, organised and capable of handling competing priorities.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in IT is desirable but not mandatory.
