IT Support Officer

About the role

Join Language Disorder Australia as an IT Support Officer and help keep staff and students connected through reliable technology. You will work across multiple sites, including Mancel College, Bright Door clinics, and corporate services, ensuring that everyone has the tools they need to deliver education, therapy, and support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, iPads, printers, and AV systems.
• Manage user accounts, onboarding/off‑boarding, and access permissions.
• Administer digital platforms and services to ensure functionality.
• Monitor cybersecurity alerts, investigate threats, and maintain compliance.
• Automate routine tasks, document procedures, and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager and other teams to deliver consistent support.

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications in information technology or related field.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations.
• Commitment to security and proactive system optimisation.
